Regulation of Kidneys. For kidney, Du and Ren channels.

(1). Begin by repeating warm-up movements.

(2). From starting position raise arms up to chest level in front of body. Palms down, lower your body 1/3 to the ground while you image 2 qi-balls pressing down under your arms as you go down the first time. Raise up to starting position. Begin again this time lower 2/3 to ground. rise up again and third time lower all the way to lowest squatting position. Extend palms outward over knees to rear of feet. Bring arms around to inside of legs.

(3). Next, change to hollow fists of hands and bring them up kidney channels of the legs, at same time contract toes , perineum and anus, bringing the fists to navel, as standing up. Then trace with fists the belt channel close to the kidneys. Hollow fists become palms which face to kidneys.

(4). Hold the palms a few inches from kidneys. Then open your arms away from the kidneys as you slowly exhale. As you inhale imagine bringing qi into kidneys (or ignore the breath as you do so.). Slowly, 3 times.

(5). Then raise hands above kidneys, brushing the body to the armpits and then to the back of the neck to promote the circulation of qi in the Du channel.

(6). Now, without touching the body, trace the Du channel from the back of the neck to the front of the face, 3 times (back to front).

(7) Open heaven eye.

(8). Double winds irrigate ears. Then practice open and close at ear sides 3 times with your palm centers--Laogong points. Then bring the hands with qi down in front to lower dantian (Ren channel). Finish in starting position.

(9). Repeat warm-up movement to begin next cycle. This means repeat 1~6 at least 3 times.

(10). End by the same movements as before. (closing movements)
